Pressure Canning 101

Learn how to safely can low-acid foods, such as vegetables or meats, in a pressure canner in this class. See and learn about the different types of pressure canners, and how to use them with confidence. This is a hands-on workshop. Space is limited; pre-registration and prepayment are required.
